Why Choose Us
The Case for Working With Us
01
Transparent by Design
Our quotations are itemised line by line, with every cost described. If your scope changes, a written change order is issued before any work proceeds. There are no blended rates, no retrospective charges, and no surprises at handover.
02
Design Intelligence, Not a Sales Agenda
Our designers are measured on the quality of their work, not conversion. This means you receive honest counsel, including when the right answer is that something you want is not suitable for your space.
03
One Person Owns Your Project
From signing to handover, one named project manager is accountable. You will have their direct line and will not be redirected, re‑briefed, or asked to repeat yourself.
04
Credentials That Carry Meaning
CaseTrust accreditation, HDB registration, and BCA licensing are consumer protections administered by independent bodies. They safeguard your deposit, ensure statutory compliance, and provide recourse if standards fall short.
05
Communication That Anticipates Rather Than Reacts
We communicate proactively. You will know about a delay before it compounds and see the cost implications before they are incurred. Clients consistently tell us this is where the difference is most felt.
06
Our Warranty Is a Commitment, Not a Disclaimer
Every project carries a twelve‑month written workmanship warranty. If a defect arises within that period, we return and resolve it.
What Our Credentials Actually Mean for You

Questions About Why We Are the Right Choice
CaseTrust accreditation, administered by CASE Singapore, requires that we hold your deposit in a regulated trust account, follow a structured payment schedule that conforms to industry guidelines, and maintain a dispute resolution mechanism through CASE.
In practical terms, if a dispute arises between us that we cannot resolve directly, you have access to CASE’s mediation service. Your funds are protected independently of us, which means that even in the unlikely event of a firm closure or insolvency, the money you have paid is not simply lost.
Our renders are produced as working documents, not just visualisations. They are built directly from the actual floor plan, with the specified materials, agreed furniture layout, and confirmed joinery dimensions.
During the renovation, project managers carry the approved renders on site and use them as a reference at every stage. This ensures the finished result closely aligns with the render, a consistency our clients often highlight, achieved through process and discipline rather than chance.
We set realistic timelines with built‑in contingencies for permits, supplier lead times, and site conditions. Our commitment is not that every project runs exactly to schedule, but that any deviation is managed transparently and professionally.
Three things cut through it reliably. First, look at the portfolio with a critical eye — not for whether the work is beautiful, but for whether the spaces reflect different clients or whether they all look like the same house style applied repeatedly. A firm that listens produces diverse work.
Second, ask for references, particularly for projects similar to yours in type and budget.
Third, verify the credentials independently. CaseTrust accreditation, HDB registration, and Qanvast reviews are all externally administered and publicly verifiable. Claims made only on a firm’s own website carry less weight than those that can be confirmed from an independent source.
The most common reason quotations look different is that they are not quoting the same scope. A lower quotation may exclude items that a higher one includes, e.g. permit fees, disposal costs, electrical works, or loose furniture, or it may bundle works in ways that make it impossible to identify what is and is not covered.
The most reliable comparison is to ask each firm to quote against a consistent, detailed scope document, and then compare line by line. If a firm cannot or will not provide a line-by-line breakdown, that is itself a meaningful signal.
